Basic Questions

Currently we are specialising in all languages. 
If you have a large transaction job of 10,000 + words we will quote a competitive price for you.
For smaller documents (1-3 pages), you will receive your translation most likely within 12 -36 hours. For mid-size documents (4-8 pages), it will be within 36-48 hours. For large documents that exceed around 10,000 words), please contact us for a quote. If you need your translation done quickly our Express Plan offers a guaranteed 24 hour turn around for documents up to 3,000 words.
No. We take great care to make sure you receive the best quality translation in the shortest amount of time. This is done by both the practicality of our online systems and the high degree of quality control we have put in place with our trained team of translators.
Firstly, our translators are the top of the pick. We test our applicants in multiple choice tests, open answer tests and in timed certified translation tests. Unfortunately, many of our applicants do not pass, but those that do (approximately 10%) are the skilled translators working on your documents.
We translate just about anything, from sales and marketing material, legal documents to thick and technical instructional manuals. Whatever it is, let us know and we’ll find a solution right for you.
We currently only accept PDFs, Word documents and .txt files.

There are 3 easy steps:
  • 1. You upload the document
  • 2. We receive it and one of our translators starts working on it
  • 3. Once checked and the quality is up to our high standards we email it to you.
We take matters of privacy very seriously. When a document is sent to us our professional staff sign strict confidentiality agreements. No other eyes will ever see your documents than the staff directly working on them. You can also rest assured that your data is safely stored and transmitted using TLS 1.2 encryption; that translates to the highest security around!


Indesign Files

Yes many of our translators have the Adobe Indesign software and can place the translated text on your designs. You need to zip your Indesign files (get these from your design studio) into one folder and upload onto our system.



We have a basic two-tier structure: Standard and Express: The Standard rate is just $0.28 per word and you will receive your translation from 36 hours after you have submitted your documents. The Express rate will get your translation to you in under 24 hours for a cost of just $0.42 per word. This express service is limited to a maximum of 5000 words.
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) on our system. When making your order, you will be prompted to pay so that the order can go through and we can proceed with the work. Sorry, but we do not accept cheques or direct bank transfers at this time. Companies with good credit history can apply to be invoiced. 


Support Questions

You certainly can. Once you have made your order, you can easily log into your account and check your status. Go ahead and bookmark it for future reference.
It sure is. Simply send us an email with the corrections you want made within 15 days of receiving it and we will task the same translator to edit the work. Once finished we will promptly send it back to you. Please note that any corrections wanted after the 15 day time period will incur our standard per-word fee.
We do try our best to deliver on time, but occasionally some unforeseen circumstances arise such as the use of overly complex technical jargon or other uses of specialized or uncommon language. Please bear with us, it will be with you soon!
